Candidate Requirements:
Curious and skeptical
Able to overcome resistance and work independently as well as with supervision
Proven track record of accountability and teamwork
Continual learner
Intermediate-level knowledge of Google Workspaces and/or MS Office
Desire to work in a remote environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working on the phone and with strangers
Bonus Skills and Experience:
Prior success in buying and selling products or services via phone, email, and text
B2B sales
Food, hospitality, distribution industry
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Call center, customer service roles
Remote work tools and technologies
Fluent in more than one language
Responsibilities:
Utilize cold calling and other prospecting tools to build a book of transacting accounts
Work with procurement and other teams to source customer needs and build lucrative transactions
Build a customer base for various proteins
Collaborate with internal support teams to manage logistical, compliance, and fulfillment details and maximize customer ease
Act as a team player to collaborate on and support other team members’ transactions
Compensation and benefits:
55k base + Commissions, & Quarterly Bonus Opportunities.
